Your post is a bit confusing.
What exactly do you mean by old and new number?
A new 48 SIM comes with a new 089 number which is what will be used unless you port a number over to 48 from your old provider.
What number is listed on your My48 account?
That should be the number that is used for outgoing and incoming calls.
If it's not the number that you want then you'll need to port your number over to 48 from your old provider.
