Ordered SIM 2 weeks ago but it hasn't arrived

I placed an order for a SIM card almost two weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. Could you please let me know when it will arrive?

You'll have to contact 48 support about this. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

Alternatively just try submitting a new order and double check that you're entering the address/eircode details correctly.
