I want to order a 48 simcard. I am located in Ireland, but because of my roaming from another EU country I am not able to finish my ordering proces, because I do not have an Irish IP number. Does somebody know what to do?
It only happens if you order from outside Ireland, or if you order within Ireland while you are roaming from another EU country. You get the message that the order cannot be continued because you do not have an Irish IP adress, and the sim will not be delivered outside Ireland.
The problem is however solved, one of the 48 employees did the order for me on an computer with Irish IP adress. Still I would not have been able to order from my own laptop, because of the IP issue.
