Not receiving verification code when activating SIM

Hi,
Trying to activate my sim,I can't get a verification code on the last step.
I tried several times but it's not working

I presume you mean the verification code for porting your number to 48 from your old provider? 

Do you have your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone in order to receive this text? 

Keep your current SIM Inserted in your handset as we need to send a security code via SMS to start your number transfer.

If your current SIM isn’t active and your unable to receive SMS to the number you want to keep, you’ll need to contact your old provider regarding your account. Your current number and SIM need to be active to move to 48.
