Not receiving security code text message when porting number

Hello. I want to ask you why l can’t transfer my old number to you 48.ie
I have went on my account and try to do all but you not sending me acctivation code
It’s not on message or not in email. Then how l can keep my old number?
Please help me to keep my old number

See the porting instructions here: 

Are you sure that you have you old mobile provider's SIM installed in the phone and you still have service on that in order to receive the porting security code text message? 

  • If your old network SIM has no service or you can't receive the security code SMS, then you will need to make contact with your old provider as they will have visibility of your old account. 

The security code is only sent by text message, not email.
