Not going to use 48 SIM - do I need to cancel anything?

Hi,

I ordered a SIM card past week, but it took too long to arrive. So I bought another one with a competitor.  The SIM card from 48 arrived yesterday but I no longer wish to use it. I haven't activated it. Could I just ignore it or should I do something to cancel it legally?

You can just ignore it if you're not going to use it.

You're not signed up for anything unless/until you activate it.

And even then only if you enable membership plan purchase auto-renewal.

Even if you did activate the SIM you're not locked into any contract and can stop buying membership at any time, periodically/sporadically or permanently.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
