What is the exact error message?
Where and when do you get this message?
Are you perhaps getting it when trying to call a number that isn't covered by membership plan bundled call allowances and for which you need cash credit on your account to pay for it?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
