morning I purchased a new sim card at the plan of €12-99 but I didn't recieve any confirmation of my purchase

What sort of confirmation are you expecting?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about the payment?

Do calls/texts/data work?
