I'm new user got a sim register on network bought credit but cannot call or text and no incoming as well.
Not register on network is error message

What do you mean "bought credit"?
Did you buy membership?
If you search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
What networks do you see?
If necessary contact 48 support.
