I’m trying to order a new sim but it keeps going red not letting me pass this section I’ve tried various ways to put my name in but none go through

What keeps going red?
Is there any error message that explains what's wrong?
Are you perhaps putting "special" characters into the form that it cannot cope with?
For example accented characters?
Can you try a different browser/device in case that helps?
Otherwise you may need to contact 48 support.
