Hi I would like to rejoin 48. Could I order a new micro sim please? As I have changed my phone since I was with you last.

When did you leave 48?

If it was in the past few (probably up to 12) months then you can probably order a replacement SIM and have it linked to your previous account.

But if it was longer than that then you may need a new SIM linked to a new number/account etc.
