When did you order them? 

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered. 

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If 7 business days haven't passed yet then you should wait a bit longer. 

If they have then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
