If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to post a bit more information than that.

Is this still the same issue that you posted about almost a year ago, which I replied to but you never responded to in order to clarify the issues that I asked you about then?

Was the SIM working before you ported your number? 

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

Are you getting any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?

By "no signal" do you mean that you're not getting any connection to the 48 network at all - i.e. no signal bars? 

If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? Any error messages? 

If you do have connection to the 48 network then does anything work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts or mobile data?
