Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
If it's the latter then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
Bear in mind that we're in the run up to Christmas so the postal service may be experiencing delays.
