When was everything working ok last?
Did anything change since then that might've caused problems?
E.g. new phone, settings changes, software update, factory reset, etc.?
What exactly isn't working?
Calls? Texts? Data? Everything?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
What does it say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date on your My48 account Dashboard?
