I have tried moving my number and it said it take 2 4 hours and I waited and it never moved over I am very unhappy customer

Did you follow the instructions here?
Did you receive the porting security code text message and enter the code into the porting form?
Did you get any error messages?
When did you submit the porting request?
Bear in mind that number porting hours are basically office hours and not 24x7 in case that is relevant here.
