Moving my.number

Hi

I wish to start my €7.99 sim only monthly plan today and wish to retain my number. However this has failed after a number of attempts. Can you assist please. I now have my existing phone provider account number but I haven't been asked to.input same now whereas I was previously.

You don't make clear exactly what steps you're taking to port your number and what is going wrong (e.g. what error messages you get etc).
You may need to contact 48 support about this and ask them to look into it for you.
