Moved to 48 & chose to keep old number but it didn't

Hi, I swapped over last night to 48 and chose to keep my number but it hasn’t keep my old number. I can’t figure out how to contact 48 for help…it says to hit the message button but I can’t see a message button anywhere?

Have you tried manually submitting a porting request now in case that works?

If it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

The chat facility is very hit and miss in my experience and may or may not appear depending on the device (e.g. mobile versus PC), browser etc. If you can't get it to work then use one of the other contact methods.
