Hello,
i would like to know if I need to order a new sim to come back with 48?
I still have the old sim but I don't know if it is still longer active

When did you leave?

Try logging into your online account to see if your account is still active.

Try the SIM in your phone to see if it works at all.

Do you also need to port your number over?

Im trying to order a new sim and it told me : We are unable to order a new SIM for you, please contact a 48 agent for more information.

OK - you probably need to contact them as it says.
