Mobile number

I am trying to activate a sim, but it says I need the mobile number? Where do I get this from?

At what point does it say that you need a mobile number? 

You should only need that if you're porting your existing number from another mobile provider over to 48.

If you don't need to do that then the SIM automatically comes with a new 089 number.
