What exactly is the problem that you're having?
If you've just joined 48 then you activate your SIM yourself:
Then you buy a membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing services.
If you're new to 48 then you might want to review the New to 48 FAQs which explain how 48 works as it's a little different to some other pay as you go mobile service providers.

Please stop spamming the Community Forum with multiple threads/posts about the same issue @LinzmonM4257.
I have reported this abuse of the forum to the 48 moderators.
I have replied to several of your posts with useful feedback/suggestions and questions but you keep ignoring them and fall to provide any additional information that might help to better understand your issues.
If you are not willing to do that then, as I have repeatedly said, you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
