You'll need to explain your issue or question more clearly if you want attended assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?

If the problem is with porting your number from another provider to 48 then follow the instructions here:

If that doesn't work then please explain what exactly happens. E.g. where does it go wrong? Any error messages? Etc.

I do not have any internet when away from my house. I have put in the APN and followed instructions but I cannot access the internet. I cannot send messages or make calls when away from the house. I cannot use my data. Please help.

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? 

Any error messages?

Are you saying that you can't make calls, send texts or use mobile data? 

Can you receive calls and texts?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

Are you sure that you configured your APN settings correctly?
