Just started with 48 but number hasn't ported over

Hi

I tried to sign up on Wednesday and i am waiting on you to get back about moving over to 48. I got an email and said you’d be in contact when you had moved the number overs I haven’t heard back yet!! Can you advise

First off you shouldn't post personal details such as your phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it. 

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

If it's not your main number but a new 089 number then you'll need to try porting your number again: 

You'll need your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone in order to receive the porting security text message. 

If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

There's no need to post multiple times about the same issue.

Especially when your original post was replied to but you never posted back with any clarification on the issues mentioned.
