What exactly do you mean by "I'm locked out of my 48 account"?

Why can't you log in?

What exactly happens that you can't get in? 

Any error messages?

If you don't know your password then can't you reset it? 

You'll need to get access to your account in order to get your PUK.

What exactly do you mean by "SIM locked out"?

See here for how to get your PUK.

If you still can't log into your My48 account (how did you manage to log in and post here on the Community Forum if that's the case?) then you'll need to get access again first. 

I posted some links that may help already. 

If they don't help and you still can't log into your My48 account in order to get your PUK code then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
