By "saving my number" I presume you mean that you're trying to port your number from another provider to 48?
Did you follow the instructions here?
What is the error message that you're getting?
If it's something like "MSISDN already exists" then the number was probably with 48 before and you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
If it's something else then please clarify what it is.
