What is "Lycq"? Did you mean Lycamobile?
Did you follow the instructions for porting your number?
Did that process go ok or were there any problems?
If so what went wrong? Any error messages?
Is your old number listed on your My48 account or is it the new 089 number that came with the 48 SIM?
What exactly do you mean by "nothing is working"?
Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
