How to track my sim and when will I get. I haven’t updated my flat number in the address, how can I update the address now ?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.
SIM orders can take up to 6 working days to be delivered.
They are sent by regular An Post postal service so cannot be tracked.
If you changed postal address since ordering a SIM you can't change the address now and will probably have to submit a new order with your correct postal address and eircode.
