I’m currently using a 48 SIM, but I signed up without using my student email ID. I’m actually a student and would like to switch my account to a student account so I can access the student benefits.
I’ve been trying to contact customer support but haven’t had any luck so far. Has anyone here faced a similar issue or knows how I can update my account to a student one?
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!

This has been asked a few times but I've never seen an answer clarifying if it's possible to convert an existing account to a student account.
Have you tried changing the email address registered on your account to your student one and seeing if that gives you the option to buy the student plan?
If that doesn't work then you'll have to persist with trying to contact 48 support for assistance.
The terms and conditions here suggest that it may only be possible to create a student account when originally activating the SIM though...
Email might be your best option.
