How to buy plan using credit

I'm trying to use 48 credit to buy a plan. It's my first time so I have to pay a deposit also. I have 26 euro credit but it's not giving me an option to pay credit.

You mean that you have €26 cash credit on your account and when you try to pay for your first membership plan (€12.99) plus the one-time activation fee (€12.99) i.e. a total of €25.98 - then it's not giving you the option to pay for this using your €26 cash credit? 

It should give you that option. 

Is it's not then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
