Hello. I revelry joined 48 with my current number. But now I wish to get a new SIM card and new number. How can I do this please

I don't think you can without getting a new SIM, creating a new account and activating the new SIM separate from your existing SIM/account.

But maybe contact 48 support and ask them if they can give you a new number on your existing SIM/account.
