Are other connected apps working?
Are your APN settings configured correctly and your mobile data working ok?
What happens when you try to use Chrome and YouTube?
Any error messages?
If other connected apps are working ok but just these two aren't then it's almost certainly an issue local to your phone rather than anything to do with 48.
