Haven't received SIM order

I have Ordered the sim card on the Website , but still i have not recieved.
Also there is no Tracking Number Available or given to track.
Please help as i need this sim card asap for being new student.

When did you submit the order?

SIM orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive: 

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

SIM orders are sent by regular An Post post so there is no tracking number.

If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.

Nobody here on the Community Forum will be able to help you.
