Hi there,
I notice 2 deduction of 48 payments on the same day on my bank app.
I think 48 made a mistake and took money from my account twice.
Can you refund me the excessive payment?

How do I contact them. I couldn't contact them , they took twice money from my account. What is their contact number, if anyone knows please give me their number please.

Any chance that the seeming double payment was actually your first membership plan purchase (€12.99) plus the one-time activation fee of €12.99 = €25.98 in total?
This €12.99 Plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase a €12.99 Plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.
By the way, you replied to a three year old thread which seems a bit odd...
