Didn't receive Recruit and Reward bonuses

Hi there, I recently recruited a family member through my link and I saved my details as their recruiting person and continued on ordering them a sim, I have since signed them up and gotten a membership but we have not received the recruitment bonus, has anyone else had this issue?

Are you sure that you meet all the criteria to receive Recruit and Reward bonuses?
