Hi,
I ordered the 48 card 2 weeks ago, but I realisze that the address I provide was imcomplete. The correct address shoule be:

Since I have not received my card yet, could you please confirm whether it has already been dispatched, and if it is possible to update the delivery address?

You really shouldn't post personal details such as your address in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use them!
48 support don't generally monitor and respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
If you need to contact them about this then you need to do this yourself directly.

If you have not received the SIM order in 2 weeks then it probably went to the wrong address or got lost.
You should probably just order another one and this time use the correct address.
It's not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been submitted as far as I know.
