I cannot move my number after putting in all my details.

What happens?
Did you get the porting security code via text message to your old SIM?
Are you getting any error messages?
You may need to contact 48 support.

This is happening to me too. I put everything in last night, got the security text and replied to it and it said it was porting. I know the hours for porting are business hours but it should be done by now. Please port the number ASAP.

I don't understand the bit about replying to the security text?
In my experience you get a security code by text and you enter that code into the porting request form.
You don't reply to the text.

Anyway, if porting is taking more that a few hours then you'll have to contact 48 support.
