Cancel port

Hi,

 

I would like to cancel the port of number from my three account.

 

How do I cancel the port?

 

The port has already started but I want to cancel it now.

Just don't enter the porting security text into the porting form and it won't happen.

If you've already done that then it's probably too late and you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them if they can cancel the port.

If they can't and the number ends up with 48 then just port it back out to another carrier.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Yup had started the port so have raised a support ticket to cancel the port.

 

Suprised there's no self service option to cancel this operation.
