48 is a pay as you go service so there's no contract as such to cancel.
If you want to stop using 48 and/or leave and go to another mobile provider then see here:
The only other thing that you should probably do is to switch off membership auto-renewal if it's enabled, so that no further membership renewals happen automatically.
