Have been unable to order Sim, as Maxium OTP Attempts have been reached,I was not receiving 

Verification number to my E Mail Address

You really shouldn't post all of your personal details in a public forum like this.

They could easily be used for identity theft or other nefarious purposes.

You should edit your post to remove them as a matter of urgency.

Where exactly are you getting the "maximum OTP attempts" message?

What do you mean by "I was not receiving verification number to my email address"?

There is no emailed verification number as part of the SIM ordering process.

How exactly are you trying to order a new SIM - the precise steps and URL links used - what goes wrong and what error messages do you get?
