Can’t make calls to the Three network.

I’m new to 48 from Vodaphone. I can’t seem to make call to other phones on the Three network - is this normal or a temporary glitch?

No, this is not normal/expected.

What happens when you make a call to a user on the Three network?

Any error messages?

Can you receive calls from users on the Three network? 

Can you make/receive calls to/from users on other networks?

You may need to contact 48 for assistance with this issue.

I contacted 48, and they said it was linked to a ‘porting’ issue. They seemed to have solved it in the background after escalation.
