Membership/add-on call minutes only cover Irish mobile/landline and other calls.
They don't cover international calls.
(Other than calls to Northern Ireland landlines dialled with the 048 prefix instead of 00 44 etc.)
To make international calls you need to put some cash credit on your account to pay for them.
