Bought plan follow steps still not working

Bought plan follow the steps for Android phone and it is not working. There is no option for 48 mobile? "Access point name settings are not available for the user".

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Are you sure that you have inserted the SIM correctly?

What make and model of phone is it?

Are there any error messages on the phone?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is anything working? Calls, texts, mobile data? 

Have you tried configuring your APN settings? 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
