Am I a memeber I recieved my sim but it has stopped working,do i need to  sign up to the sim only plan or am i signed up already, my card details are on my profile . im not sure of next steps to sign up to sim only plan 

 

Please advise

You need to buy membership each month if you want to be able to make calls, send texts, use data.

Error keeps showing will not let me buy the membership . Must be problem with System ... hard to believe they are having issues taking money off customers !!!! If they cant get that right there is not much hope for them 🙂

What's the error?

How exactly are you trying to buy membership?

Via the app or website?

If the app then can you try the website or vice versa?

Did purchases with the card that you're using work ok on 48 before?
