Active 48 isn't working

I ordered a new sim and it wount let me active the SIM card why wount my active work

What happens?

Any error messages?

Are you sure that you're putting in the correct activation code?

Are you sure that you're activating it correctly - as a new SIM if it's a new SIM or as a replacement if it's a replacement?

You may need to contact 48 support - see my post signature below if necessary.

Yea they help but I want my old member but my SIM card is broke so I can't get the code

So your new 48 SIM has been activated OK now?

If you want to port your number over but your old carrier's SIM is not working to receive the security text then you'll need to contact 48 support to see what can be done about this.
