Hi I want to move my daughter to 48 mobile. But I cant seem to do it as I have already used my email. I dont want to set up a second email

You have no choice.
You need to use a different email address.
Every 48 SIM requires a separate email address for logging into a separate account.
Unlike some other mobile providers 48 don't support group or family accounts for managing multiple SIMs under a single login.
