Hi I'm over in Germany at the moment and my internet isn't working

In Santa ponsa internet won't work even tho I have guido membership, when I search safari it says could not activate mobile data network you are not subscribed to a mobile data service. I have roaming and 3 g turned on tho

I'm going to Europe. I'm on guido. If I buy more data before I go can I use it there. Also can I buy more data while in Europe if I need it. Thanks

I was in Portugal last week n I couldn't pick up a carrier, my friend is now in Bulgaria n has the same problem. We are both on the guido n have roped up after the 13/06/17

Resolved! Data issues with One Plus 3

I have gone through the steps on your online configurator for getting data working on my new phone, but unfortunately my data is not working. I also can't get the Tweakker app as it's apparantly not available in Ireland?!? Any advice?
