My partner has internet and i don't, even if we did the same thing, keeping mobile data on ....I reinstaled configuration message .... no luck.I don't want to spend my holiday in frustration.Please advise.
I managed to fix it :Settings/Mobile service/Mobile data network , here you have the APN : 48months.liffeytelecom.comCopy it and scrool down to Personal hotspot and paste it in it's APNWe make the mistake of putting it only in mobile data section so ...

I didn't know Martinique exist or is a country until i checked list of contries covered by roaming. Probably 100 000 romanians living in Ireland and 48 can't make an agreement ?Shame.
