Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
Are calls and texts working ok?
Are any other connected apps apart from WhatsApp working?
Did you configure your APN settings correctly?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to do that:
What happens when you try to use an internet browser or Google Maps?
Any error messages?
