You'll need to post a bit more info.
E.g. when did you start experiencing problems?
What problems exactly - e.g. low signal bars, complete outages etc.?
Where are you located?
Did anything change on your phone before you started having these problems?
Have you tried switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the contacts, reinserting the SIM, switching on and manually scanning for and connecting to 48 again?
