Trying to get my old number on a new SIM

I'm waiting on 48 to activate my new sim with my old number nearly 3 weeks now they said I will get an email when they activate it is this right so fed up with them now I lost my phone so hence the new sim

Did you order a replacement SIM?

If so then what happened? 

Did you receive it? 

Are you having problems activating it or something?
